    Merged in tgCompoundRigidSensor from laika branch. Cleaned up sensors-redesign infrastructure to accomodate for tgCompoundRigidSensor. Added compound body hash tag inside tgRigidAutoCompound. Added SpineKinematicsTest as an example of using tgCompoundRigidSensor.
